You will be supporting the cost of care audit to determine why claims were paid out incorrectly. Right now 10% of 2.5 million claims need adjustments made.
This position will be in an office setting. Will be expected to work 40 hours per week for a 6 month contract to potential hire depending on business need.***SOME OT IS POSSIBLE***
Hours - Training will be 8am-5pm for about 1.5- 2 weeks
Normal hours start time of 7-9AM and work a 8 hour day, shifts will be determined post interview.
Dress code - business casual.
Cubicle setting - sitting at desks, typing and processing claims - listen to music while you work!
- 1+ years of office/administrative/data entry experience Must have worked in professional setting also.
- Basic Microsoft word and excel experience
-Must type a minimum 35 WPM
-Strong ability to navigate multiple screens and work in several websites and databases at one
-Strong computer skills
-Strong attention to detail
- High School Diploma or GED NEEDED
