Candidate must demonstrate extensive knowledge, 20+ years of experience, in project controls systems set-up, implementation, EVMS, Trends, Change Control, Risk Management, Construction and project reporting.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability, but not limited to, in the following areas for large project: lead and manage internal and external project stakeholders, manage the integration of the schedule and supporting cost narrative, communicate effectively with Project Management on issues and resolutions on a daily basis, manage the schedule, basis of estimate, and work breakdown structure (WBS) and assigned personnel, mentor and train all personnel, working knowledge of engineering and construction practices, and have the ability to perform walkdowns as needed. Candidate must also be able to perform field walkdowns as needed. Experience in the DOE complex is preferred.
