Job Summary:
Engineering Consultant is seeking a Project Manager to support projects in their Federal Business Unit. These projects are mostly power delivery projects to and within commercial buildings.
*Fully Remote Role
*Salary can pay upwards of $140K

The position requires candidates who are licensed professional engineers or licensed architects or who have obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to be part of an engineering team engaged in engineering design projects in the Government market including mission-critical infrastructure design to include power delivery, power generation, power distribution, backup power, UPS, system studies, renewable energy, MEP design, and related projects.

Qualifications:
• Experience managing Federal clients.
• BS degree in Engineering or Architecture from an accredited University
• Fifteen (15) years of applicable experience managing Federal engineering or architecture projects.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Must be a US Citizen

Desired Education/Experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
• Ability and willingness to obtain a security clearance.
• Field experience working on a construction site or site-related engineering O&M role.
• Demonstrated experience with the successful execution of design-build (DB) and design-bid-build (DBB) execution of interdisciplinary design projects for US Government clients. if you do a design build package vs design bid build need to know those 6 parts and how they fit together.
• Experience with mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Experience with mission-critical infrastructure projects including system studies, Industrial Controls, and SCADA-related projects.
• Experience with project management tools including but not limited to MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with marketing and technical writing
