Job duties will include:
-Training will be 6 weeks 2pm-11:30pm M-F before they transition into their 4 day work week schedule. After this training you will transition to 3rd shift: 10pm-6:30am
During training they will be teaching all of the different metals, how to use the overhead crane, and how to operate sit down forklifts.
They will train on the equipment the last two weeks. Training is facilitated by Marcus, training manager
-Each shift will begin with a team meeting on what the expectations are for the shift
-Pulling materials within the warehouse using a sit down forklift
-Measure materials to verify that you pulled the correct order.
-Setup and program the saw
-Make first cut and then take full measurements to verify the dimensions are correct.
-Finish cutting the full order.
-Deburr metals, clean metals, and then package.
-Challenge is learning the different materials.
