Grandville construction company looking for construction laborers!
Shift: HOURS: 5am-6 am- 4pm-5pm (depending on when they get their pours done by
- 60% of the time will be spent doing construction labor duties to build the steel/wooden frames (or "molds"), based on Blueprints, that the concrete will be poured into (i.e. using hand tools to help the carpenters build the wooden frames the concrete is being poured into, assisting in installing the Rebar frames that are part of the wooden form prior to concrete pouring, etc.).
- 40% of the time will be spent conducting miscellaneous general labor duties (i.e. sweeping, cleaning off wooden forms to prep for next pour, assisting in helping getting the plant up and running for more and more production
-Blueprints are given for each job with measurements and what needs to get done
- Once Concrete wooden/steel forms (or molds) are built, concrete will be driven over within the plant and poured into the form. Then these laborers will be responsible for smoothing out the concrete using brooms.
General construction skills that will be used to get the job done: DRILLING, TAPPING, SCREWING MATERIAL, GRINDING, PULLING WIRE THROUGH PANEL, WIRE TYING
