CTI Beans is seeking night shift mechanic. Someone with an understanding of the food industry or similar. Prior GMP knowledge is key. Candidate needs to understand how to troubleshoot and identify problems and have the ability to trace back to the root cause. Electrical and Mechanical experience is required. Someone with the ability to react quickly and respond to issues is very important. Find out what product was manufactured and what equipment was used to move it through the manufacturing process. It was either bagged, bottled or boxed. Ask them what their involvement was in the maintenance aspect of these machines (preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, etc.)
