The Maintenance Supervisor is a hands-on position and not a desk job of a state-of-the-art robotic order picking system. This position is responsible to lead a team and for the repair, and maintenance of the automated warehouse system.
Supervising 4 highly skilled automation maintenance technicians
Maintaining highly automated warehouse system
Lead coach and develop employees
Troubleshooting and making necessary repairs
Learning new software and interfaces quickly
5 years of experience managing/supervising employees
Solid experience providing coaching and mentorshipof crews
Excellent knowledge of electrical-mechanical repairs & troubleshooting
Technical training or industrial maintenance experience
Industrial controls and 480V
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of PLC/Allen Bradley and Siemens
Knowledge ofAutomation and controls
Thorough computer skills and networking skills (HMI)
Ability to learn new software and interfaces quickly
Motivated mindset & excellent attendance record
Shift: 7:30pm -5am, Mon-Friday
