Our highly refined manufacturing process produces the highest quality products on the market today.
Heavy Production would be considered the Fiberglass, foaming, framing, drilling, jetting (as it crosses over with drilling) and Swim Spa departments.
These individuals will be required to:
Sands skirts, rails and trim
Stains panels, skirts, trim and rails
Ensures Equipment Enclosure is complete to work order
Installs pillows, jets, hoses and other parts required according to Spa Model
Drills holes for parts installation
Builds wooden frames (according to Spa Model)
Uses spray gun to apply fiberglass
Ensures interiors are clean and debris free
Wraps and Bags spa prior to shipping
Maintains a clean work space and department
Performs check inspection
Other duties as assigned
Skills: Production, Assembly, General labor, Hand tool, Packaging, General production, Fiberglass
AM Shift 6:30 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Friday transit accessible
PM shift 3:30 pm to 11:30pm Monday to Friday transit accessible
Availability for Overtime on Saturdays
6+ months experience in production, manufacturing, some sort of repetitive work. Ideally, has experience in construction, woodworking or fiberglass.
Experience with hand and power tools (depending on department, could be drills, wrenches, spray gun, nail gun, chop saw)
Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively throughout shift
Ability to work in Manufacturing facility; dust, noise and fumes
Good attention to detail
Ability to complete tasks quickly and efficiently (the hot tub cannot move to the next department for further completion until that current department is finished their work)
If working in Fiberglass - have to be able to wear full PPE (which is a breathing mask/ventilation and jumpsuit in order to not breathe in the fiberglass or get it on your clothes)
