SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Conduct electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance service on all factory machinery Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. DC & VFD drive programming/setup/troubleshooting Control panel modification and system upgrades Experience in troubleshooting PLCs, programming experience a plus* Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of packaging and production machines. Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service Comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules. Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent, technical school preferred Technical training; exposure to high-speed equipment 5+ years of related experience in packing machines/production machines and industrial 480V-3PH electricity Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken. Basic computer skills required Physical Demands: Light to moderate physical effort required. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Regularly required to sit or stand, reach and move about the facility.
