Sets up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines including robotic assembly equipment used in the production of the company's product. Responsible for the overall operation of potentially large-scale manufacturing machinery including actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, and pulling finished product from the line. Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks. Checks and inspects operation results against predetermined tolerances. This position requires knowledge that is acquired through experience, specialized education or training. The role has clearly defined procedures and tasks as well as defined guidelines to aid in decision making. Technical knowledge required is limited to the tasks performed in own discipline area and is considered basic. The tasks are generally routine and manual. The job is expected to follow detailed and defined rules / instructions and to make simple judgement in straightforward situations. Typically requires selecting between solutions already established. Hand assembly, good dexterity is a must Standing/sitting at a station for the entirety of the shift- 14 stations total Work with a "buddy system" to get fully trained Runner will fill station with material to eliminate candidate from having to leave the station. Runner job rotates every 2 hours Performance: once trained 75 assemblies an hour, or 33 if working alone. 2 week training timeline but will take 1.5 months to get fully trained Assembly fixtures on each station to assist in the process Oral Care: https://sageproducts.com/oral-hygiene-for-ventilated-patients/ This is what candidates will make, the internal components (toothbrush) Mostly automated work Will perform periodic quality inspections Ensure raw material is not depleted by feeding material Strong attention to detail Oral Care-Formfill: https://sageproducts.com/oral-hygiene-for-ventilated-patients/ This is the second operation of Oral Care.
