Hiring a Maintenance Manager who will oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations. Some days are pressure filled and youll need to remain flexible, resourceful and efficient. Specific responsibilities include: -Ability to lead new product projects (call vendors, trouble shoot issues, work the packaging lines, etc.) -Performing general maintenance of HVAC -Diagnose and resolve issues regarding machine lines including PLCs, electrical and mechanical -Directing and supervising maintenance staff -Purchasing materials - Schedule major repairs and rebuilds with plant manager Shift- Monday-Friday (Candidate must be flexible with the schedule, he may work 12 hour days sometimes depending on production and there may be a few Saturdays)
