Candidate will be working in an assembly role; learning the process of high-end outdoor furniture manufacturing. Candidate will be using less hand/power tools for a typical assembly type of role, but the process starts with manual drill press, cutting bending and measuring metal and using basic shop math utilizing basic company drawings. Candidates should be proficient with the use of power tools, tape measures, following drawings, and appreciate an interest in craftsmanship of products. Candidates should be expected to learn every area of the operation at some point; potentially even learning and moving into welding some day.
