Mechanically inclined pump mechanic. Responsible for supporting waste water services company troubleshoot and repair pumps utilized on wastewater treatment facilities. Duties include changing bearings, seals and assuring pumps are refurbished for reinstallation on customer units. Key experience would be tearing down motors and/or pumps. greasing pumps. assure bearings are in sound condition for operation. Some 3 phase wiring experience to troubleshoot is very helpful but any major motor issues will be handled by a 3rd party.
