[Project Manager] Onsite Integration Manager

The Onsite Manager provides on-site coordination for all phases of installation project from start to finish, including coordinating subcontractors, customerís vendors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, work is proceeding on schedule and within budget, and safety is being strictly enforced. The Onsite Manager is responsible for schedule, inspections, quality control, and job site safety. 2+ years' experience with integration project management required

- Onsite management of project from installation start until customer acceptance
- Maintaining constant communication with the General Project Manager about site status, schedule, and anything site specific
- Working together with the General Project manager for monitoring and continuous updating of the installation schedule, constant following of the critical path and the penalized deadlines, taking into consideration the supplier deadlines and dependencies.
- Direct daily coordination of all TGW subcontractors and TGW staff to achieve completion of the project on schedule with budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications
- Hold regular onsite meetings with TGW, suppliers, and 3rd party vendors
- Communicates job information to proper personnel to allow for effective planning and execution of the project requirements
- Works with customer's GC
- Be the onsite contact for customers, third party vendors, TGW, and preferably direct them to the responsible party if the issue cannot be resolved on site
- Accepts the installation until all open issues are handled or until an agreed upon deadline
- Works with the onsite team to help enforce TGW's H&S Standards, and briefs any new TGW employee, vendor, or supplier of the site specific requirements
- Maintains all safety documentation needed for project site
- Maintain construction schedule, schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion
- Order materials and schedule inspections necessary throughout the installation process
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, GCs, suppliers, and other employees
- Manage labor hours, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to ensure cost control
- Facilitate employee safety and ensure procedures are properly being followed striving with goal of no accidents per calendar year
- Ensure all paperwork is properly completed, including daily reports, job startups, timecards, and tool box talks
