[Accounts Manager] Regional Manager (conveyor systems) Needs to relocate to Georgia $90-120k (DOE)

Johnson Service Group is now hiring for a Regional Manager (Conveyor systems, Logistics Automation and/or dock-to-dock Automation industries) for a client location North of downtown Atlanta.

• This is a direct hire fully benefited position
• Salary: $90-120k (DOE); plus bonus potential
• Relocation assistance available

Qualifications:

• Industry experience working in Automated Materials Handling / Logistics Automation and/or dock-to-dock Automation industries (desired)
• 5+ years relevant management experience
• Experience controlling large multi-site and/or program maintenance budgets
• Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and developing customer accounts
• Experience negotiating and compiling service contracts
• Experience in implementing and managing continuous improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated experience managing contracts of 10M+ annually
• OSHA 30 Health & Safety certification (desired)
• Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in technical field or vocational qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Travel: 40+% and when not traveling will be based out of corporate office
• Able to pass drug and background check
• Must be a US citizen or “permanent” resident – cannot approve visa for any reason

Responsibilities:
• Manage residential service contract customers including account management, budgetary control and responsibility to work with the resident service managers to deliver the open book resident maintenance service contract
• Define, develop and nurture distinctive service brand
• Strengthen the service departments financial position through the effective support development, communications and promotion of service and support products
• Develop appropriate opportunities for the resident business customer(s) to capitalize on opportunities
• Take an active role in leading and managing the growth and development of the customer service resident business operation and increase the business opportunities
• Represent customer service to a wide variety of audiences including relationships with customers, internal and external
• Take an active role in leading and supporting the growth and development of the Resident business and customer service operation to increase the business opportunities
• Maintain strong relationship with the customers, both internally and externally, to seek opportunities for revenue growth
