[Administration Manager] HR Specialist-533P

In this hands-on role, you will be a team player responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources function in the areas of HRIS, benefits, compensation, and staffing, also providing exemplary customer service and other HR administrative activities for our fast-paced organization.

•              Provides Analytical support to the human resources function in the areas of HRIS/compensation/benefits and staffing/employment.•              Processes various forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, terminations, etc.•              Assists with HR audit and reporting•              Maintains employee hardcopy files. Inputs employee personal data into human resources information/computer system (HRIS) database.•              Provides information to employees on matters pertaining to their personal employee information.•              Reviews and updates exit paperwork for team, close out exiting employee’s files, store exit interview data for reporting. May conduct employee exit interviews and tally general statistics including headcount tracking.

•              Maintain organizational charts with up-to-date information.•              Responsible for monthly HR Dashboard, Equity Edge Updates, IT Active Directories and ad-hoc reports. May design new or modify existing HRIS reports to meet changing demands.•              May prepare special reports, such as insurance, COBRA, OSHA, AAP, EEO-100.•              Works on special projects in support of the HR/Staffing organization•              HR Analytics/Staffing Reports (Headcount Reports, Organizational Charts, Compensation Reports, Exit data
