***Must have experience with Surfcam and Solidworks software and be able to program for FANUC and Siemens 840D, G&L8000, tasnuk controls***


Needs to be able to start ASAP


Pay: $35.00/hour

Per diem: $125.00

Location: Hubbard, Ohio

Duration: 2 months

Schedule: M-F 10 hour shifts 6am-4pm and Sat 6am-12pm

You will have your own office!

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and talented CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to produce high-quality precision parts and components. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced and innovative manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to develop CNC programs for machining operations.
Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring proper alignment, calibration, and tooling selection.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Collaborate with engineers and machinists to optimize machining processes and improve overall efficiency.
Conduct quality control inspections to verify dimensions and specifications of finished parts.
Make necessary adjustments to CNC programs to meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Stay updated with the latest CNC programming techniques, tools, and technologies.
Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Document and maintain accurate records of CNC programs, tooling, and machine settings.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or vocational training is a plus.
Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Surfcam, AutoCAD, Mastercam, SolidWorks) and CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code).
Strong knowledge of machining principles, tooling, and materials.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
Familiarity with different types of CNC machines (milling, turning, grinding) and their operations.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
