We�re a trusted name in aerospace surface finishing, specializing in chroming, chemical processing, and precision grinding of aircraft components. Our grind room is the current bottleneck, and we�re looking for a highly skilled grinder to step in and take control.

🔍 What We�re Looking For:
10+ years of experience with CNC Cylindrical Grinding � especially with early 2000s Supertec Universal CNC grinders.
Strong ability to operate CNC cylindrical grinders both in full CNC mode and as a manual machine using electronic controls � must be equally confident programming, setting up, and manually controlling the machine for precision work.
Solid experience with precision measuring tools � micrometers, bore gauges, indicators, etc.
Familiarity with Bridgeport mills, manual lathes, and centerless grinders.
Someone who can work independently, troubleshoot, and deliver high-precision results.

Grinding aerospace parts post-chemical processing to tight tolerances.
Using the CNC grinder in both CNC and manual modes for custom and complex jobs.
Helping us turn the grind room into a strength, not a pain point.
