What Youll Be Doing

* Assembling electrical and mechanical components into high-quality finished products
* Reading and interpreting blueprints, BOMs, and engineering change orders
* Using hand tools, torque wrenches, and soldering equipment
* Performing electronic testing and quality inspections
* Operating computer systems for tracking and testing
* Safely applying adhesives and chemicals
* Lifting up to 40 lbs and adapting to various production processes

What You Bring to the Table

* Experience with hand tools, soldering, and wiring
* Ability to read schematics and blueprints confidently
* Familiarity with PCB or small-part assembly
* IPC/J-STD certification is a strong plus
* High school diploma preferred

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
