Key Responsibilities

* Perform MIG welding on mild steel and stainless steel components
* Prep materials, tack weld, fabricate, sand, grind, and inspect finished work
* Maintain welding equipment and replenish consumables
* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
* Collaborate in a fast-paced production environment

Required Skills

* Proficiency in welding techniques:SAW, MIG, TIG, Oxy-Acetylene
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints
* Experience with large-diameter rolling and crane operation
* Basic computer skills
* Familiarity with welding automation and Lean Manufacturing principles
