Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Laser Operator to join our team in the truck body division, responsible for cutting pieces for truck bodies. You will operate a CNC Co2 Laser machine (HK FL 3015) and set up and program these machines. This position is perfect for someone with experience in operating CNC laser cutting equipment and press brakes, who is dedicated to producing high-quality components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
* Operate CNC Co2 Laser machine (HK FL 3015) to cut pieces for truck bodies.
* Set up and program CNC machines to ensure precision and accuracy.
* Read and interpret blueprints to guide the cutting process.
* Maintain high-quality production standards by ensuring precision in all components.
* Use hand and power tools effectively to support the manufacturing process.
* Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Essential Skills
* 3-5 years of CNC operating experience, ideally with HK FL 3015 or similar CNC laser machines.
* Experience in setting up CNC machines.
* Proficiency in interpreting blueprints.
* Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Experience with Siemens CNC control systems.
* Knowledge of programming CNC machines.
* Proficiency in using measuring devices such as calipers, tape measures, squares, and protractors.
* Experience operating forklifts, tow motors, jib cranes, and vacuum lifts.
* Experience in electrical wiring and mechanical assembly.
* Understanding of hydraulics, PTO, pumps, and compressors.

Work Environment

This position involves working the afternoon shift from Monday to Thursday, 3:00 pm to 1:30 am, with a 1.50 shift premium. You will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment dedicated to producing custom truck bodies.Experi
