EGS Inc. is seeking a part time Psychologist (16-32 hours per week) for our Client in Aiken, SC! This is a 3 year contract and we can offer a generous benefits package OR you can choose to go into a straight contractor rate in lieu of benefits!

Because it’s a federal government site U.S. Citizens only and we are unable to sponsor Visa’s at this time.

RFQ Number 317847 Psychologist (part time 16-32 hours per wek)

US Citizenship Required: Yes
Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide psychological evaluation and clinical interview support to SRS operations in a locum tenens capacity.
Perform psychological evaluations and clinical interviews as prescribed by the Human Reliability Program. Perform clinical interviews, perform psychological testing, analyze data, and offer opinions as to the reliability of the personnel for inclusion in the Human Reliability Program. Perform other duties consistent with the psychological profession as assigned.
The psychologist will be professionally responsible for their interpretations and shall provide their own professional liability insurance. SRNS shall be named as an additional insured for the professional interpretations done for the site.

Position is considered a sensitive information position therefore breach of confidentiality is prohibited.

Education Qualification Required
Doctor of Philosophy or Doctor of Psychology degree in clinical psychology from an education program approved by the American Psychological Association. One year clinical internship approved by APA or equivalent.
Current valid and unrestricted license to practice psychology issued by the State of South Carolina.

Experience/Skills Qualification Required
Five years of relevant postdoctoral experience.
Experience to include administration and interpretation of psychometric instruments, conducting clinical interviews, preparing psychological reports, and conducting psychotherapy.
Carries professional liability insurance (SC coverage required)
A minimum of three years of active psychological practice experience is required
Ability to walk down systems in the field.
Currently licensed as a psychologist in South Carolina

Work Hours:
A part time (up to 16 / 32 hour work week) schedule is preferred. This position may be subject to emergency call-ins.

Area Security Access:
Security clearance is not initially required. However, candidate must be
Capable of obtaining an “ Q “ clearance.
