Answer inbound calls to assist customers and members with questions in regards to Health Plans. Checks status of referrals and triage questionable cases to the Referrals. Verifies and investigates member benefits and eligibility and triage's relevant cases to the Enrollment Department. Takes calls and successfully documents, tracks, and resolves issues with supervision
