4 agents chaque semaine reoivent l'e-mail et grent finalement les tlphones en septembre.
Ils rpondront aux questions des clients sur leurs commandes, leurs expditions, leurs achats en ligne, etc.
Les CSR traitent 40 e-mails par jour, avec 20 appels (les appels durent 12 15 minutes)
Gnralement, par e-mail, la plupart des rponses seront faites avec un modle dans lequel elles s'intgreront avec prcision.
This is a full-time opportunity and fully REMOTE.

The CSRs are supporting the 3 different banners over e-mail 4 agents every week are assigned the email and eventually handle phones in September.
They will answer clients questions about their orders, shipping, online shopping etc. They may have to check interview, track an order or facilitate a refund.
The CSRs process 40 emails per day, with 20 calls (calls last 12-15 minutes)
Typically via email most of the responses will be done with a template that they will fit in accurately.
