The person in this position will be the lead on 1st shift the assembly group for NACS' Lyra project. This will include, strategizing daily goals, scheduling, manager operators on the line, disciplinary actions for subordinate workers, assist with issues, carry out project base work. The individual in this position will also support as needed on the manufacturing lines. The below is what the people will be doing and this lead will be managing and helping with as needed. The individuals in this position will be working in a full clean room environment completing stent assemblies. The process to this assembly is braiding the stents, coating them and sucher the stent, final inspection and packaging of the product. This position requires a high level of attention to detail as the process is intimate as it pertains to the completion of these stents. The individuals working in this position will complete a lot of the work under a microscope and will need to document throughout the entire process of the assemblies. In addition, the stents will need to be deburred under a microscope and inspected in its entirety before final packaging. Individuals who have done braiding, sewing (suchering) or completed coatings on small parts under a microscope would be the best fit.

- 2-3 years of experience leading/supervising people, preferably in medical - Ability to accurately be able to document each step of the process, someone who has worked with travelers or SOWs - Must have strong written and oral communication abilities
