Our client is a sustainable electric and gas company whose regulated operations serve 7.2 million U.S. customers in the Southeast and Midwest. They have a Nuclear Sr. Project Controls need for an assignment in Hartsville, SC. Please apply asap for this excellent opportunity!

Lead Development / Generation of Periodic Project Controls Reporting. Provide leadership in development and generation of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly project controls reports.
Responsible for gathering, verifying, validating and analyzing data in support of project controls reporting.
Responsible for distributing and archiving project controls reports as appropriate. In addition, provide presentation quality report and be available to present if needed to project team/management team.

Required Skills: Expertise in Project Controls Methodologies. With the primary focus on scheduling, which includes developing and maintaining work breakdown structures (WBS), detailed project schedules and/or any reports associated with scope, cost or schedule.

Tracks and reports project status, performs variance, earned value and critical path analyses at a level appropriate for the project. Software such as Project View, Primavera, Passport, MS Office Suite, Excel, Pass Port.

Preferred Skills: PMI or AACE certification (the following or equivalent are acceptable - PMP, CAPM, PMI-SP, AACE-CCC, AACE-PSP, AACE-CEP, AACE-EVP)
Required certification/degree: 2 year Associates Degree Business, Finance, Project Management, Engineering, technical, or equivalent and 5 + years of experience. 7+ Years of directly related current experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred certification/degree: 4 year degree Business, Finance, Project Management, Engineering, technical, or equivalent from a fully accredited school (AACSB and SACS) PMI or AACE certification (the following or equivalent are acceptable - PMP, CAPM, PMI-SP, AACE-CCC, AACE-PSP, AACE-CEP, AACE-EVP)

Experience using Software such as Project View, Primavera, Business Objects, MS Office Suite (Excel), Pass-Port (CAS), Power Plan, and PeopleSoft Nuclear Utility knowledge or background. Corporate Finance Budgeting practices Understanding of the PMCoE project lifecycle
