Job Description
Manages one or more large or complex engineering, EPC or EPCM projects, or several smaller projects simultaneously. Has the capability to run a large lump sum project. Has overall responsibility for execution of the project or projects. Responsible for safety, client interface, budgets, schedules and controls. Directs and coordinates engineering, procurement, cost control, construction, commissioning and startup activities as well as sales proposals and customer presentations

The Big Picture – Top Skills You Should Possess:
• Project Management experience in Nuclear, Fossil, Chemical, Process, Oil & Gas, industrial or other related industry
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and experience interfacing directly with clients
• Experience working with Gated Project Process
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and engineering software packages.
• Proactive leadership, team building skills, problems solving, decision making conflict resolution, high standards of integrity, assumes responsibility and commercial knowledge changes

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Manages scope, schedule, cost and quality for projects utilizing D&Z/PMI methodologies.
• Interface with internal/external client personnel to understand scope, technology, customer's needs, etc.
• Work with other D&Z employees, managers, vendors, constructors as a team to complete projects.
• Produce safe, functional, high-quality, and cost effective engineering/project deliverables.
• Provide accurate estimates of work requirements.
• Resolve technical and team conflicts

What You Need To Bring To The Table:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
• 20+ years' experience
• PMP preferred
• PE preferred
