We are currently in the process of building our Nuclear Performance Improvement Team here at Nawah Energy Company based in Abu Dhabi. I am currently looking for experienced NPI professionals to fill the vacancy of a Senior NPI Specialist (HU/SA/BM).

We are looking for qualified candidate to oversee assigned aspects of Nuclear Performance Improvement (NPI), making certain they are implemented in accordance with nuclear industry standards and regulatory requirements to ensure BNPP Units 1&2 is a self-critical, learning organization through the implementation of the following continuous improvement programs such as causal analysis, corrective action, self-assessment, benchmarking, human performance, observation and coaching, operating experience and performance monitoring

An ideal candidate for this role should have a bachelorís degree in Engineering with a Minimum of 10 years management-level experience, at least 8 years of which is nuclear experience and expereinced in self assesment and benchmarking.

This is a permanenet site based role located at BNPP.
