This position requires a Q Clearance. An active "Q Clearance (or DOD TS) or a clearance that is within its 5-year reinvestigation period and can be reactivated is an absolute must have.

Under the general direction of Sandia National Laboratories (SNL), individual provides support to SNL Life Extension Programs (LEP), Earned Value Management System (EVMS) application. Performs analysis and reporting associated with project controls deliverables and activities such as project baseline development and management, development of work packages, cost and schedule control, schedule deviation and cost/schedule projections. Develops requirements for resource-loaded schedules to feed status updates and changes to the integrated master schedule. ----
POSITION REQUIREMENTS (not set in stone):
Required Skills:
- Ability to work with project management and technical leads to execute LEP project control/EVMS activities
including project plan development, project monitoring and control, and integrated change control.

BA or BS in business or engineering discipline and at least 4 years of related project controls experience or 6 years of relevant experience with EVMS. Also, 2 years project management experience with DOE, DOD or DCMA. Other experience requirements include: project scheduling with Project, P6 and Excel; cost and funding analysis; writing and publishing CPR Format 5 variance analyses.
