Senior Estimator

Contract / Temp to Direct / Direct Hire: Contract
City: Varrious Locations and States
Country: United States

Experience: Requires at least 10 years of experience. Experience relevant to Civil or Mechanical Estimating needed.

Requirement: Must be able to obtain a US Government Security Clearance

Education: BA/BS degree in a related field

Job Description: Under administrative direction, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate the estimate plan and development with the project team
Lead the development of the total project estimate
Prepare the total Project Estimate Basis
Prepare the Estimate Risk Analysis and make contingency recommendations
Arrange and conduct department, discipline, and project estimate reviews
Participate in the presentation of the estimate to client management
Assist in estimate completion activities and estimate turnover to the project team
Other duties as assigned

Required Skills: Experience using any of the RS Means and MC2 programs highly desired
Strong PC skills to include Microsoft software automated accounting and cost management systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Understands the fundamental concepts of Project Controls, Cost Engineering, Scheduling and Estimating

Job Locations: Piketon, OH, Oak Ridge, TN, Amarillo, TX, or Idaho Falls, ID
