Welding/Fabrication Foreman - BWX Technologies, Inc. - Barberton, Ohio

Responsibilities include:

Responsible for supervising hourly skilled trades in the areas of fitting, welding, and assembly operations.

Must be able to work any shift; however, 2nd shift likely.

Oversight of the manual, robotic and automatic welding operations, stress relief operations, and lifting/handling.

Job Requirements / Qualifications:

Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a union environment.

Prefer experience in heavy fabrication, fitting and welding.

Must possess good leadership and communications skills.

Must be available for scheduled overtime.

Applicants selected will be subject to a Federal background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information or matter. Position requires U.S. Citizenship (with no dual citizenship) and ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance which involves an extensive criminal and financial background investigation and previous employment reference verifications.
