DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Support Hanford Central Training in updating training products, procedures, and processes as needed.
Assist in identification of areas for improvement and development of recommended actions derived from recent Kaizens.
Assist in providing support to other organizations to update procedures and processes so Hanford Central Training receives the information needed in a timely manner to ensure contracted and full-time employees receive required training
BA/BS (experience can be substituted for education)
Minimum 5 years related training experience.
Knowledgeable of training processes and procedures.
DOE/DOD or Hanford site/facility experience.
Knowledgeable about Hanford training processes.
