Contract / Temp to Direct / Direct Hire: Contract
One of our clients, a prestigious Electric Utility, has an urgent need for a Logistics Coordinator. This is an eight (8) month “contract assignment” anticipated to last through the end of June, 2019! This opportunity is located near a resort area that offers boating, fishing and a variety of other water recreation activities, perfect for the outdoor enthusiast. This geography offers a low cost-of-living, but is still close to the amenities of a large city with a major airport close by, making for easy travel. A contract extension or conversion to a permanent “in-house” position is possible for a top performer. Gain valuable “resume building experience” on this assignment as a Logistics Coordinator!
In the role of a Logistics Coordinator you will review requisitions for materials management, monitor warehouse stocking levels, identify obsolete materials, and transfer materials between plants. You will coordinate warehouse logistics, expedite vendor shipments, and track shipments in the SAP system.

The qualified candidate for Logistics Coordinator MUST have:
*One (1) plus years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, Procurement, or Materials Management.
*Experience in the Electric Utility Industry highly desired.
*Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Management or Procurement preferred.
*Knowledge of SAP desired.
*Strong communication and teamwork skills.
*Immediate availability & excellent professional references.
*Seeking local candidates in the Ohio area (No Per Diem Offered).
