Ensure project operations compliance with federal, state employment laws and Corporate HR policies and procedures.

Build and maintain HR business partnerships with customers to support and successfully impact their business operations and needs, ensuring compliance mandated by the Department of Labor and the Labor Standards (SCLS)

Administer and resolve all employee benefit issues

Administer and handle all employee 401(k) issues

Administer and track employee leave of absence requests

Resolve issues regarding SL Employees and lab employees

Address and resolve all employee relations issues including:

Sexual Harassment

Hostile work environment

Standards of Conduct


Work Performance

Productive Improvement Programs

California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), Labor Board hearings, unemployment and disability claims.

Disciplinary Actions


Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action Program

Support and partner with Safety regarding any employee safety incident or claim

Conduct New Hire Orientations

Perform all End of Assignments / Terminations

Reclassification of employees through desk audits

Process New Hire paperwork (change of status, Leave of Absence, benefits, employee reclassifications

Complete Clearance Justification Forms to send out on a weekly basis

Track New Hires

Preform Timecard Audits
