Provide the resources necessary to support for Preventative Maintenance Work Planning activities in support of Fire Systems Maintenance Inspection, Testing and Maintenance on the Hanford Site. The desired outcome of these activities is a skilled, safe, and cost effective method of executing tasks in support of customer objectives.
Description of Work - Specific
The candidate shall provide a qualified and experienced Administrative Support individual to support the Fire System Maintenance organization activities which include but are not limited to:
Administer Station Maintenance KSR System (Updating Statuses, Closures, etc.)
Update KSR with Package and Partial Release #1, when generated
Print KSR’s that need to have Partial Releases generated
Generate Partial Releases with KSR information
Ensure appropriate supporting documentation is included (e.g. ECC’s, ERA’s, etc.)
Communicate/report on Partials that need to be worked by craft.
Attend all POD meetings to track performance of Partials associated with KSR’s; obtain closure info from FWS’s
Transcribe info from Partials to JCS
Back-up for outside resource & central L&T support requests
Provides tracking for L&T support requests
Support managing Conference Room calendars & schedules
Backup Building Administrator
Print reports for weekly meetings
Fire System Maintenance webpage administrator backup
The candidate must meet the following qualifications:
•Minimum five years of previous experience as an Administrative Assistant in a nuclear or DOE facility.
•Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and be proficient in Excel.
•Candidate shall ensure that its personnel meet and maintain the appropriate training, qualifications, and certification requirements as applicable.
