Outage Specialist (Scheduler)

• Describe the work environment for this assignment: The typical work environment will be in the office setting. However, the project is at a large construction site and occasional site walk downs may be required in ambient weather conditions.
If you are looking for critical path activities including number of material acquisitions. Operations, Maintenance, System Engineering schedules. Work Control experience is a plus.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
The candidate must have extensive scheduling experience using P6, and multiple years of operating plant outage experience in PWRs (e.g., prior experience as a licensed operator, OPS Outage lead, OPS scheduler, projects scheduler, maintenance scheduler, work management scheduler/outage specialist). Schedulers will focus on supporting the testing control center (TCC) and producing scheduling products for the work management outage group. The demands of the TCC may require around the clock support from schedulers for live schedule updates, lookaheads, what-ifs, and re-sequencing, while maintaining schedule integrity. Additionally, this individual must be a self-starter, with ownership and accountability consistent with nuclear professional attributes.
