Initial Test Program Support Coordinator
Describe the work environment for this assignment: Work will occur in the office, the field, on the construction site and will be exposed to the weather when in the field.
Desired Qualifications: Four-year business or engineering degree. PMP certification is desired. Experience dealing with vendors that perform services and coordinating the services onsite to ensure quality of service, adherence to scope and staying within budget. Experience coordinating multiple support functions and developing reports and metrics to track progress and budget adherence.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must be well organized and capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously. Must have strong interpersonal, communication and attention to detail skills. Must work well with all levels of the organization and build successful working relationships.
Knowledge and use of Maximo software. Knowledge of document management and procurement management. Skilled in vendor negotiation, team-management, finance, accounting, and Microsoft Office software.
Effectively and efficiently facilitate meetings and present subject matter in organized manner. Strong analytical skills – able to systematically analyze a problem, identify the underlying causes and develop alternative solutions.
