TFE, Inc. is currently seeking candidates for the following position:

Deputy Program Manager

Location: Leeís Summit, MO
Pay Range: Salary will be commensurate with experience.
Per Diem: No
Duration: Position starts October 2020. Full-time.

SUMMARY:
TFE is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to join our team. The Contractor Deputy Program Manager (CDPM) shall be present at the customer location for in-person meetings with Government personnel. The CDPM is responsible for acting (and has the ability to make decisions) as the Program Manager in the Program Managerís absence.

JOB KNOWLEDGE:
1.The Deputy PM shall have working knowledge of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
2.This position requires demonstrated experience in addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction; experience with developing and implementing operational procedures and policies; and analyzing training needs and requirements.
3.The CDPM shall have excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities. The CDPM shall demonstrate interpersonal ability to communicate with others effectively.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/JOB DUTIES:
1.The CDPM shall have a minimum of a bachelorís degree in one of the following disciplines: business administration or management, public administration or management; accounting, project planning, project management or related fields.
2.A Project Management Professional certification is desired. Customer will allow a Project Management Professional certified by the Project Management Institute in lieu of the educational requirements. PMP certification number and date shall be provided.
3.The CDPM shall have at a minimum, five (5) years of business or operational experience. The Deputy PM shall have working knowledge of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
4.The CDPM shall be able to conduct fact finding for special projects, respond timely to inquiries from the Government and present written or oral briefings to management officials.
5.The CDPM must be detail oriented and able to work with time-sensitive issues; demonstrate good decision-making skills and respond to high-pressure situations.
6.The CDPM shall demonstrate time management skills to plan, manage, and coordinate the dispatch of multiple staff over a sustained period of time.
