Results oriented professional with twenty or more years of successful Hanford experience. Organized, professional, punctual, detailed-oriented, self-starter with the ability to coordinate and complete multiple tasks on schedule.
Knowledgeable of Hanford Site computer record systems, and general industry policies and procedures. Understanding of how to collaborate with geologists, hydro-geologists and engineers. Experience with the process used at Hanford regarding creating, organizing and maintaining electronic files. Expertise in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
Technical writing/editing of CERCLA decision documents, RCRA regulatory position/compliance documents, AEA monitoring reports/sampling and analysis plans, and other related environmental, engineering and technical documents.
Prepare documents for release to the public, local stake holders, and the tribes. Creating production quality document for public release using the appropriate and current Hanford/DOE style guide. Operate various office machines including printers, copiers, scanners and fax machines. Create, proofread, reproduce and format a variety of Hanford Site correspondence including letters sent to the Department of Energy, transmittal forms, internal office memos and email correspondence.
Data entry, word processing, creating presentations, and spreadsheet manipulation. Record keeping and filing (including electronic filing systems).
