The Junior Document Control Specialist is responsible for the following:
Perform document control activities such as uploading and classifying documents and records and records via Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) – Aconex.
Maintain proper document and records configuration management per regulatory and project requirements.
Engage in all activities associated with the preparation and editing of technical programs and procedure documents including performing word processing/reformatting, editing, and proofreading activities.
Ensure consistent adherence to program and procedure formats, style guidelines, and standards.
Interface with functional managers on the proper referencing of industry and procedural references.
Minimum of 5 years of nuclear document control/records management, technical writing and editing experience.
Procedure editor and formatting knowledge.
Strong skills and recent experience with Electronic Document Management System, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
Effective organization skills and experience working in a fast paced, schedule driven environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
