Allstates Consulting Services is looking for an Administrative Assistant for our location in Waynesboro, GA. This positions is looking to start someone in the next 30 days. Must be able to pass a background and drug screen.
Desired Qualifications: Prior administrative experience handling office tasks, such as filing.
generating reports and presentations, copying, digitizing and filing office documents. Able to
help office members with documentation, (storing, organizing and managing files). type, edit and proofread documents.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Individuals are desired with proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word. Excel. & PowerPoint, attention to detail, ability to multitask. and a desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others. Ability to learn industry specific software.
