The Night Shift Site Manager has direct responsibility for the day-to-day activities of D&Z contractor activities at the client site. The Site Manager oversees the Site Superintendent, assigning responsibilities for the daily activities of all craft and craft supervision, ensuring that all project objectives are met on schedule and on budget. In this role, the Site Manager ensures that all duties are performed in accordance with D&Z policies and procedures, work rules, fitness-for-duty programs and applicable union contract agreements. Minimum requirements include; Bachelorís degree in related field of study or equal years of related work experience in a Maintenance/Modification or Construction environment.
