Job Description - Plan maintenance activities for all plant maintenance personnel
Required Education and Skills- Bachelorís degree from an accredited college or university and eight (8) years of experience directly related to maintenance processes, human performance, and/or continuous improvement; OR an Associateís degree from an accredited college or university and ten (10) years of experience directly related to maintenance processes, human performance, and/or continuous improvement; OR a high school diploma or GED and twelve (12) years of experience.
ADVANCED KNOLWEDGE OF ASSET SUITE.
ADVANCED KNOWLEDGE OF REPORT DEVELOPMENT SOFTWARE (CRYSTAL REPORTS) AND DATABASE ANALYSIS.
WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF THE OUTAGE RISK MANAGEMENT AND ON-LINE RISK MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE (PARAGON).
ADVANCED KNOWLEDGE OF MICROSOFT SUITE OF PROGRAMS (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, TEAMS)
WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES (E.G., SITUATIONAL LEADERSHIP, PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT, TIME MANAGEMENT, ETC.).
1.ABILITY TO WORK WITH TEAMS, DISCIPLINES, AND OTHER PLANT ORGANIZATIONS TO DEVELOP INTEGRATED PLANT SCHEDULES. ABILITY TO DIRECT RESOURCES AND ESTABLISH PRIORITIES FOR SCHEDULE ACTIVITIES.
2.ABILITY TO SOLVE COMPLEX PROBLEMS WHILE MINIMIZING SCHEDULE CONFLICTS.
3.EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE TECHNICAL INFORMATION, CONCEPTS, AND IDEAS VERBALLY AND IN WRITING.
4.COORDINATE WITH OPERATIONS TO DETERMINE THE SCOPE OF TAGGING SYSTEM BOUNDARIES AND CONDUCT CRITICAL PATH ANALYSIS OF SCHEDULES.
5.DEMONSTRATED ABILITY TO MAXIMIZE PERFORMANCE THROUGH LEADERSHIP IS HIGHLY DESIRED.
