DUTIES: Assist in planning, coordinating, tracking, preparation, control, and implementation of organizational deliverables. Assist with development and implementation of products including spreadsheets, presentations, logic diagrams and procedures specific to the organization. Serve as liaison between the work group and customers across the site related to mission, objectives, planning, and scheduling of deliverables. Follow all applicable site procedures including office, safety, and security procedures.
Major Responsibilities: Perform a variety of administrative functions in a SRNS organizational unit by supporting/assisting administrative, technical, and/or management personnel as follows:
Facilitate communication and maintain relationships with diverse range of individuals including immediate work group and
customers across the site.
Research information, prepare correspondences, reports and presentations.
Maintain records and correspondences consistent with company procedures.
Track and schedule unique blocks of work to facilitate timely deliverable of products Compile, store and retrieve data using
spreadsheets and other databases.
May interface with customers, regulators, and other stakeholders on organizational matters Perform other duties as
requested or assigned by management.

Work Hours:
A 40-hours work week is scheduled. SRNS utilizes various work schedules; 5/8s (8 hours/day; five days per week), 4/I0s (10 hours/ day; four days per week, 9/80s {9 hours/day; 5 days on week A and 4 days on week 8). Work week excludes SRNS holidays. Each workday has a 30-minute lunch break. Normal work location for this position will be an office building but may be assigned to work in a process facility and could be assigned to a shift schedule.

Area Security Access:
A security clearance is not required; however, candidate must be capable of obtaining an L clearance if required to perform assigned duties.
