Street Legal is seeking 3 D&D Project Managers for a long term assignment in Southern CA. Details below:


Shall be the single point of contact for assigned sub-project(s).

Responsible for the development and management of scope, cost, and schedule for assigned sub-projects.

Coordinates with SDS departments to ensure applicable support is provided to support assigned project execution in accordance with the project schedule.

Responsible to manage the work to meet contract milestones. Changes to the milestone completion is authorized through the consensus approval of the three SDS Directors.

Responsible to ensure weekly status updates and/or coordination meetings are conducted for assigned projects.

Responsible for coordinating specified actions required to Stand Down, Stop Work, and recovery requirements to restart work.

Responsible to ensure development and presentation of Technical Readiness Reviews and/or Tabletop Management Reviews.

The High-Risk communication to SCE is performed by the Task Manager and/or Project Director or assigned designee.

Responsible for the safety and performance of the subcontractor during field implementation activities.

Responsible for the development and interface with the Procurement group for Scope of Work documents as well as Purchase Orders and requisitions associated with materials, equipment, and subcontractors for assigned scope. TM/PMs shall not discuss price or other commercial considerations with vendors as this responsibility resides with the Procurement group.

Ensures resources are available to the sub-projects through interface with the departmental managers and draws support from their manager to assist as necessary.

Responsible to interface with peers to integrate projects and optimize schedules and resource usage.

TM/PMs are not D&D supervisors. TM/PMs play an oversight role and should not become surrogate craft management. Field Engineers, as needed, provide technical assistance.

Responsible for closeout of project paperwork.

Physical Actions This position includes intense physical activity including but not limited to the following: Bending, Climbing (up and down scaffolding, scaffold ladders and staircases), Reaching, Crouching, Squatting, Lifting up to 50 lbs., Standing, Sitting, Walking.

Must be versed in scheduling logic such as predecessors/successors, float density, crew saturation, etc.

Familiar with construction tooling/equipment and cutting operations (i.e.: Oxy/Acetylene cutting, Plasma arc cutting, Oxylance, etc.)

Willing and able to wear respiratory protection such as a PAPR or respirator.
