Project Controls Engineer
$50 - $68 hourly with excellent benefits
No Per diem
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in business,
finance, project management, construction management,
engineering or other related discipline plus 4+ years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and directly relevant work experience. Project Management
Professional Certification (PMP) desired.
Responsible for providing the tools and systems necessary to effectively and proactively manage and control concurrent
projects throughout the organization from proposal through execution and completion. Tasks may include the preparation and control of baseline detailed and integrated summary schedules and milestones; preparation and control of baseline time-phased budgets; cost control and earned value performance measurement including the Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled (BCWS), Budgeted Cost of Work Performed (BCWP), Actual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP), and Schedule Variance (SV)/Cost Variance (CV); and associated reporting and information distribution internally and to DOE
