As an Electrical Maintenance Instructor, you will utilize the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) process to design, develop and implement training to Electrical Maintenance Personnel. You will conduct training in the classroom, laboratory and on-the-job environments. You will develop exams and conduct trainee evaluations.

The qualified candidate for Electrical Maintenance Instructor MUST have:
* Three (3)+ years of experience working in the Nuclear Industry (Commercial Nuclear, Nuclear Navy, or DOE Nuclear, etc.).
* Experience working in the Electrical Maintenance department (Technician, Foreman, Supervisor, Instructor, or Electricians Mate, etc.).
* Instructor experience preferred -OR- a strong desire to be an instructor.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
* Excellent references and immediate availability (within the next 0-3 months).
