[Nuclear Engineer] Critical Safety Engineer

Nuclear Criticality Safety Engineer (NCS) Technical Requirements
Principal job duties include:
􀁸 Development, revision, and review of Nuclear Criticality Safety (NCS) documentation such as
Criticality Safety Evaluations (CSEs), Nuclear Criticality Safety asign Analysis and
Calculations (DACs) nd various other NCS technical basis documentation:
o Completion of required NCS annual Operational Reviews as needed
o Daily nuclear facility support as needed; consisting of facility walkdowns, review of
NCS requirements implementing documents, participation at facility Operational Safety
Boards, etc.

Education: A minimum of a BA/BS degree plus 2 or more years of Nuclear Criticality Safety (NCS)
experience (preferably with DOE-specific experience).
