Provide Project Control and Scheduling support services to the NNSA Capital Projects mission being performed by Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS), LLC. The primary focus of these support efforts shall provide assistance and support to the SRNS NNSA Capital Projects initiative by the valuation of the various project scopes, costs, schedules, and management plans and development of support procedures and processes for project integration interface with engineering and procurement.
Provide personnel for project controls to support the SRNS NNSA Capital Projects, project controls and scheduling operations, including the following:
Provide support for multiple integrated projects and programs.
Interface directly with project and functional team members to obtain required input in a multiple-project environment.
Provide comprehensive schedule project control services.
Prepare schedules, performance monitoring status, and management reports which identify variance in execution strategy, provide timely feedback and recommend solutions to management to improve or mitigate problems affecting schedule.
Support program/project teams in all phases of the project (cradle to grave). Develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules to include resource loading and analysis.
Create and maintain high level Integrated Roadmap/Presentation schedules in Milestones Pro driven directly by P6 for use in meetings with integrated teams including key stakeholders such as NNSA customers.
Create and manage weekly integrated scheduling process for common reporting for multiple project program.
Utilize schedule, basis of estimate, and work breakdown structure (WBS) data dictionary
All work shall be performed using SRNS systems/software.
Baseline development, control, and reporting
Change control processes
Schedule development and execution processes
Support internal / external reviews and validations
Ability to comprehensively analyze variance
Critical Path Methodology (CPM) Analysis
Data mining, analysis, and modeling techniques.
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Milestones Professional, Excel, and P6 expertise
