Duties and Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide software development and maintenance support for the Oracle Analytics Server (OAS). The candidate will be responsible for performing assigned projects which require working with customer to translate business and integration requirements into configurable component designs and solutions.

The desired applicant must have extensive experience with the OAS (Oracle Analytics Server) Tool Suite specifically in the front-end tools, Answers, Data Visualizer and BI Publisher. Extensive experience with reporting concepts, SQL, report generation/layout and ETL concepts. Applicant must be self-motivated, ambitious and interact well with users and other analysts to translate business and integration requirements into configurable component designs and solutions. Have strong technical proficiency in BI development from configuration, requirements, modeling, ETL, reporting, database, administration, and security.
Position requires candidate to provide strategic and technical guidance in support of Business Intelligence initiatives. Extensive knowledge with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) is required in support of business intelligence and enterprise reporting. Tasks include:
• Requires advanced detailed knowledge of Oracle Database, Informatica, DAC, WebLogic and OAS application components.
• Advanced experience with BI Data Modeling conducive to Star Schema Enterprise reporting models.
• Advanced technical knowledge with BI Administration Tool.
• Advanced experience in the application and use of metadata tools, security and user interface designs.
• Requires effective and professional communication skills (both written and oral) when interacting with information technology (IT) staff and customers
• Advanced experience with database supporting technologies SQL, PL*SQL, TOAD, etc

Work Hours:
A 40 hour work week is scheduled. Candidate may be permitted to telework all 40 hours under the telework policy, but the decision is at discretion of SRNS' management. A set schedule on workdays/hours will be determined upon candidate’s arrival; preferred options are either 5 8-hour days or existing site schedule on AA shift (9-hour days, every other Friday off, Fridays worked is an 8 hour day. Each workday has a 30 minute unpaid lunch. Work week excludes SRNS holidays.

Area Security Access:
No Clearance is required. However, candidate must have the ability to obtain one if ever required

Education
Position requires a 4 year degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 10 years proven performance in IT assignment or a 4 year degree in non related field with 15 years proven performance in IT assignment.

Experience/Skills
• Demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of experience developing and supporting OAS software applications and have strong technical proficiency in BI development from configuration, requirements, modeling, ETL, reporting, database, administration, and security. Knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel) is necessary. Candidate shall have experience with Oracle relational database management systems.
